The hut is an A-frame structure, about 60 square meters in floor area. Downstairs, there is an entrance hall, toilet, kitchen, and a main room. Upstairs is a sleeping loft. The hut currently has 36 mattresses, all of which are comfortably wide. The loft can hold 15 mattresses, but can accommodate around 20 people if needed by arranging them more tightly. Downstairs, there are four mattresses on a raised platform and plenty of floor space. In the kitchen, there is an oil stove connected to a radiator at the end of the main room and a drying rack in the entrance hall. There is also a gas stove with four burners and an oven, a gas heater, and a sink with running water available both in summer and winter. The main room is currently equipped with 5 tables, seating for 20 people, and tableware for 24. The kitchen contains all necessary cooking equipment. An extension of the hut houses a bathroom with a flush toilet, which is usable year-round. The hut has 230V AC lighting, and power outlets are located in several areas. There is also 12V DC lighting throughout the building. Electricity is supplied by a 7kW, single-phase, 230V generator located in a small power house. There is a deck running along all sides of the hut, and a footbridge leads to the outdoor toilet and generator building. Stairs lead down from the hut to the parking area, located south of the turf mound.
