Svínárnes

The hut at Svínárnes is located by the Svíná River, just below Búrfell, in the middle of the Hrunamannaafréttur area. There is running water, a stable, and a horse paddock. The old turf hut has recently been renovated. Cooking equipment and utensils are available. Total accommodation capacity: Space for up to 32 people. Main house: Accommodation for up to 20 people – 10 people in a mix of single and double beds on the ground floor, and 10 people on single mattresses in the sleeping loft. The turf hut (old hut): Accommodation for up to 12 people in bunks, both single and double (4 double bunks + 4 single bunks).
